Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using QCETL services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of QCETL's enterprise network automation, advanced POS systems, secure infrastructure solutions, and comprehensive software services in Sri Lanka. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

User Responsibilities
Account Security
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication
- Regularly update access permissions for your team
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use our services for illegal activities
- Attempt to breach security measures
- Interfere with other users' access
- Reverse engineer our software
- Share access credentials with unauthorized parties

Payment and Billing
Payment Terms
- Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
- Currency: Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)
- Late payments may incur additional charges
Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for unused services within 30 days of purchase. Custom development work is generally non-refundable once commenced.
Intellectual Property
Our IP Rights
All QCETL software, documentation, trademarks, and proprietary methodologies remain our intellectual property. This includes but is not limited to:
- QCTrade, QCITrack, QCKDS, and other QC product suites
- Network automation algorithms and configurations
- Custom software solutions and source code
- Documentation, training materials, and methodologies
Your Data Rights
You retain ownership of your business data. We only access your data as necessary to provide services and with your explicit consent.
Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Notice
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QCETL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the incident.
Termination
By You
- 30 days written notice for ongoing services
- Immediate for project-based work upon completion
- Payment of all outstanding invoices required
By Us
- Immediate termination for breach of terms
- 30 days notice for non-payment
- Data return within 90 days of termination
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Sri Lanka
Governed by Sri Lankan law
Courts of Colombo have jurisdiction
Third-Party App Integrations
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including WhatsApp, Meta, and other messaging and business services. By using these integrations, you agree to:
- Comply with the third party's terms of service in addition to ours
- Grant necessary permissions for data sharing between platforms
- Accept that third-party services may have their own data handling practices
- Understand that we are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes

Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or website notification at least 30 days before the effective date. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
