At QCETL, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains our data deletion policies, including automatic data removal for inactive accounts and how to request manual deletion of your data.
Automatic Data Deletion Policy
30-Day Inactivity Rule
If you do not use your QCETL account for a period of 30 consecutive days, your account will be marked as inactive. After this period:
- All personal data associated with your account will be automatically and permanently deleted from our systems
- This includes your profile information, login credentials, preferences, and any stored user data
- Service usage logs and analytics data will be anonymized or deleted
- Any associated WhatsApp or third-party app connections will be revoked
What counts as “account activity”?
- Logging into your account
- Using any QCETL services or applications
- Interacting with our WhatsApp integration
- Accessing the support portal
- Making API requests with your credentials
Request Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your data immediately without waiting for the 30-day automatic deletion, you can submit a data deletion request by contacting us directly.

To request immediate deletion of your personal data, please email us at:

- Your registered email address or username
- Phone number associated with your account (if applicable)
- A clear statement requesting data deletion
- Any specific data you want deleted (or request for complete deletion)
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon data deletion (automatic or upon request), the following information will be permanently removed:
Personal Information
- Name and contact details
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Profile pictures
- Account credentials
Usage Data
- Chat and message history
- Service usage logs
- Preferences and settings
- Support ticket history
- Third-party app connections
Processing Time
- Automatic Deletion: Occurs within 24 hours after the 30-day inactivity period ends
- Manual Request: We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm deletion via email
- Backup Systems: Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 additional days before permanent removal
Data Retention Exceptions
Certain data may be retained even after deletion in the following circumstances:
- Legal Obligations: Data required to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory requirements
- Dispute Resolution: Data necessary for ongoing legal proceedings or disputes
- Fraud Prevention: Limited data retained to prevent fraud and abuse
- Anonymized Data: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics
Third-Party App Integrations
WhatsApp & Meta Integrations
If you have connected your account to WhatsApp or other Meta services, your data deletion will also revoke these connections. Any data shared through these integrations will be deleted according to our policy. For data held directly by Meta/WhatsApp, please refer to their respective privacy policies and data deletion procedures.
